Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To start a return, contact us at atelier.hermuse@gmail.com with your order number. Please note return shipping costs are not covered. We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure delivery.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow for warehouse and bank processing time before the refund is reflected on your statement.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygienic reasons, bodysuits cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please contact atelier.hermuse@gmail.com  to set up a return and reorder the new product.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days at atelier.hermuse@gmail.com.
